Over the last 30 years, Dr. Romesh Wadhwani
has been the founder, Chairman and CEO of three software
companies, spending ten years at each before spinning them
off as public companies or selling them to larger companies.
His first company specialized in information systems for
energy management, the second, Cimflex Teknowledge Corporation,
in products and systems for computer-integrated manufacturing.
And his third company, Aspect Development, a leader in the
B2B e-commerce arena, was sold to i2 Technologies in the
largest merger in software history to date. He has also
been a director on the boards of several companies and organizations.
He is currently building his fourth company, Symphony Technology
Group.
