Mr. Jerry
(Jaitirth) Rao - Founder, Chairperson &
CEO, Mphasis
Prior to founding Mphasis in the year
2000, Mr. Jerry Rao has held several senior positions in
Citicorp. These include Head of the Development Division
of Citicorp and Chairman and CEO of Transaction Technologies
Inc., California. Earlier positions included country manager
and divisional manager for Consumer Banking in India, the
Middle East, Eastern Europe and the United Kingdom. Mr Rao
is on the board of several Indian companies including Arvind
Mills and the Indian subsidiaries of Cadbury Schweppes and
General Motors Acceptance Corporation. He is also a visiting
faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
